Tehelka is back
It's long time people have written things over here. What a news from Jan 21 to Feb.10th to go with.
1. Gnana is off to UK [in a freezing temperature ]
2. I am about to start my second company.
3. Herbert is busy with projects.
4. Aravindan ..no news...
5. Vazhakkam pola, Saras, will talk rarely...u know, he is competing against our former PM Narasimha Rao for maintaining silence talk.
Wht's up in Chennai...nothing to add our greatness, thanni kidayathu
No Water and it is started to getting hotter everyday.. April, May ninacha, bakkernuthu...
But the news i would like to share is that Tehelka is back not as a website, but as a weekly paper 40 Pages and comes like "Junior Post" format [for those of u who dont know, what is "Junior Post", the magazine is dead today, was from the Vikatan staple] The paper has started with a great controversial investigation. Is Christian Missionary Organisations are true to their nature of benefiting the poor or are they paid by the CIA and Bush Govt. for infliterating the innocent indian poor's live thru' which they can get accurate details of India.
Surprising to know the fact is that, they have made a clear move of using the postal service and pincode to design their programs. CIA today has a complete details in terms of geographical, topographical data of our country. Is this justifiable on the part of the missionaries?
Being stamped as a Hindu, i am against the caste, creed and discrimination issues inside this religion. But on a contrary, just coz, we are divided, do we need to sell this country. It's worth subscribing to this paper, not just coz of investigative journalism, offlate, you got one bold newspaper, who can raise their voice against the establishment. Anti-establishment news cannot be heard in India, coz, the moment you step out of your office, you can see a line up of Autos for taking you to the heaven. Read more at their site, but a subscription basiseTehelka
Yesterday, when i was watching 24 X7 in the latenite, in the X factor, a progarm on debatable issue, a point is being raised which is interesting. "India Shining" Campaign is a 25 Crore campaign [tht's the claim the ad. agency makes & the BJP says... the congress says it is 250 crores..leave along the figures] and it talks about the development happened in this country. Is it fair on the government part of communicate that to the public ? or Like American Media, why not we are averse to brand India in the global scale?
There are no two thoughts about this campaign being running for electoral victory in the election inside India. have a look at the international campaign of the same India Shining program That is a clear shift from the way how this campaign is being addressed in india. Do we have to have such things to popularise "Brand India" or "India Inc" to be truly global ?
Answering to the yesterday's debate, about Jawarhalal Nehru had an affair with Lord Mountbatten's wife, here is the link
