Back to actions.???...Life in Bangalore that too in a call centre environment is something different...People worked in abroad,people never worked till 40 years,fresh from college,selfproclaimed entreprenuers..You can see all kinds of people in call centre...

Its really too good for freshers..Imagine a salary of 10K plus,posh working environment,talking to foreighners,uninterrepted internet access,Bank account with all features...(many of us never had bank account till 25 years).

Unlimited growth opportunities..Guys becoming Team lead at the age of 22 and earning 25K manning a team of 25...

One more interesting thing..The quality food.(buffet with starters,main course and good dessert)...Normally in the convention industrial canteen you can get uppuma and Lemon rice...

Another interesting thing is Transport...In the conventional working environment you need to take Public transport(the very old PTC)..Imagine.here pick up and drop by Toyato Qualis on your doorsteps.

Earlier days few company GM only will have the this facility.Weekly five days...

Moreover these companies are not doing Rocket Science..Simple English/PC based jobs...Salary in time,Proper appoinment no goothals....

Straightforward business models....
