Jaya rolls back - Kavutha than sila perukku kanavu kalayuthu

In an expected turn, our very own Amma has rollbacked a lot of things today noon. With a debacle in the Parliment elections, and the fear of Central Govt. taking charges with the influence of DMK & allies, Jaya immediately turned her cards towards the voters... If she could have done this 2 months ago, this would have been a bit different and atleast (with a wild dream) of BJP collecting few more seats.

rollbacks are :

1. The 5000 salary range for salary card has been removed. You can use the existing ration card to purchase all products which are denied before.

2. Withdrawal of cases against several political leaders, including arch-rival MuKa.

3. Free power to farmers.

4. Cancellation of all punishments imposed on government employees for their participation in the strike.

5. Withdrawal of defamation cases against the press including The Hindu.

6. Restoration of free bus passes to students from standard one to standard twelve, besides reintroduction of concessional bus fare for college students.

Simply she is desparately trying to calm down the wave against her for her government. Will the people, taking this and be silent or will pull out their revenge on their fingers in 2006..let's wait and see..
