Sabai - General Body Meeting

Hi All

It was great time to have the entire strength of the Sabai at one time, it was fortunate to have it. Well the meeting members were Aravindan(thalai), Narayanan, Balaji, Saravanan, Herbert and Gnana(poor guy).

We met at my residence and then started to ECR around 4PM on 6th of August 2005. We reached Mammala Resort around 5PM and occupied the room immediately. Herbert was keen to have a beach walk and all member obliged the same. We went to the shore balaji, narayanan and myself got excited and dripped our legs in the sea water...ofcourse soon aravindan and herbert joined the party. Out of excitment Balaji, narain and aravindan got themselves wet enough that they stayed the whole night with just towel(with nothing inside :))).

It was 6PM and all of us went back to the room and soon the table and chairs were arranged in the sitout area for the party to begin. As usual the party was with full of fun and debates and moderated by Aravindan(ofcourse we pulled his leg often)

We had the dinner in the same place and the debate went on....some members were tired and tried hitting the bed by 12PM but saras threatened to grab their towels and they continued to debate...it was around 2AM pepsi was over so balaji and aravindan went to sleep. Ofcourse saras tried pulling balaji's towel several times. The debate still continued and ended around 4:30AM in the morning and we decided to hit the bed not that we were tired but water bottles were empty with this non-stop 10:30 hours discussion on various topics.

The topics discussed varied from 1 extreme to other like Spirituality, christianity, Iyer, Sex, Marriage, Tamil-Hindi, Politics, People, Experience of sabai members......

We woke up at 9AM in the morning with some members claiming to have started their day much earlier with the idea of reaching home before 12....well we had our breakfast there and as usual waited for the coffee for long time and started from mammalla only after 12:30 probably. The discussion continued in the car on history of india and dravidians.

At last we reached my home at around 2PM we went to a tea shop nearby and took few snaps in my camera and the sabai members headed to their residences from there.
