Point-2-point: Bouncer

When the whole indian is proud of the triple ton of Virender Schewag, there is a little bit of history which goes behind. We started playing cricket for the last 70 years roughly. Nations, which came later to the cricketing history like Pakistan, Srilanka, South Africa has their own mark in the 300 club. But it took, 70 years for us, to achieve that mark. Overall, atleast, we have done things now, before Bangladesh, Holland, Nambia hits a 300 ton.

Coming to the topic, This bouncer is not from the Multan stadium, it is from the Congress party of the shortcomings of BJP led government. Although this chargesheet is somewhr true, in its documentation, we can create a 150 times bigger chargesheet about Congress based on this document.Read the chargesheet

The Hindu Business Line : This land yields IT

How co-operative can be integrated into IT industry. Seems like idiotic sense...no it is true, 125 farmer familes in Pune, have pledged their landholdings and built one of the better software city in India.

"MAGARPATTA cybercity, a 4 million sq ft software technology park situated within the heart of a 400-acre township on the outskirts of Pune city is a dream-come-true for the 125-odd farmer families that pooled their landholdings way back in the nineties to fire their entrepreneurial spirit."

"Section 49 0"

According to the Constitution of India, all people above aged 18 are eligible to vote and elect their own representative to the govt. But unfortunately, in this country, we are squarely end up with few parties with major candidates and few independents. Though still prefer to vote for a independent, and eventually, even if he wins also, he dont have any saying in the assemply or in the parliment, coz of the bullying around by the major parties. The radical view are dont vote and boycott elections [ That was a view , I had till i read this and btw, going by the principle, i havent' voted yet in elections ] the only flaw in that system is even if i m not putting that also someone else will put on behalf of me.

In a recent article in "DeemDariKida" , there was a reference and information from one of the former election commissioners of India, about a provision voting but yet not voting the candidates. I have seen few so called "psudeo genius" upper middle class individuals, cast their vote with multiple impression, makes it uncountable, there by saying, "No body is good, why put the vote for some criminal again". But this approach will end up in wasting your rights.

Section 49 0 in the 1961 Constitution gives the following information to the voters.

" If an individual voter decided not to cast his vote for any of the candidates listed in his constituency, he/she can ask for a 17 A Form in the booth and can fill his electoral number and with their signature / thumb impression in the form (49 L 1), he can submit the form to the chief polling officer, whereby, the chief polling officer, will write a note in the same form, for which also, the polling officer needs to get the signature / thumb impression of the voter. This makes the vote legal & counting, yet not selected any candidates in that constituency. The vote is considered legal and will be counted along with the other votes being polled, where the results of these votes will be declared, as "no. of votes / voter who dont want to vote in this constituency"

Assume a situation, if the educated & upper middle classe can post their feelings / oppersion with 49 0, this will certainly create a media stirr among public. Think about a situation like North madras, where irrespective of having DMK rep. for years, North madras, has not much developed when compared to South , Central and greater chennai. Using the power of the constitution, we can create a legal fight against corruption & not competent candidates...

Point-2-point : A series

well.,the election fever has started. loud speakers, tv channels, newspapers, webzines all will raise their part of the election fever. Why we shld left ourselves down. Initialising todayl a series called, Point-2-Point [p2p] an area, where people come out with their real opinions about the opposition, to whom, they were tied months before.

Today, it is a turn of S. Vee. Sekar, famous stage artist & comedien, who supports ADMK_BJP alliance. His quote :

" The reason given by Kalaignar, for making dayanithi maran as a MP candidate is that "he speaks hindi well. that will make things easier for DMK to talk things with north indian leaders & politics" The same kalaignar, in 1960 raised the great anti-hindi campaign and came to power. The people of a gen. before, being taken by the charm of the anti-hindi campaign, and took that seriously. 2 generations of tamils havent' touch upon hindi unless & otherwise req. Now, dayanithi maran, who is in his 40s speaks good hindi, since he studied in his school. That means, hindi agitation is for other and not for the kalaignar family.

Calling a Debate

Thought of posting a general question to everyone. Do you respect the Govt. decision to lower the fees for IIM's to 30,000. There are two sides of view, one from the government, which says afforadability & increasing popularity for IIMs. The other view, bosterd by Illuminaries like Narayanamurthy, Vindi Banga and others is that, they shld not lower the fees and it shld remain the same 1.5-3 Lacs.

What's your take?

Politics: New Turf is Online

Everyone knows, about the "IndiaShining" campaign the government runs. The govt. even runs a website India Shining to tom-tom their achievements. Now, in the same league, some congress offectionados, started a anti-India Shining campaign titled A Nation Betrayed

Who said, politicians are illiterate, this itself is the proud symbol of our development, that we have started fighting on the net also, about the nation ..

Too good to share ;-)

Why I am against Sonia Gandhi ?

My concern on this issue is simple, irrespective of whether the India is shining are not, do we have to lose this momentum to back up a foreign leader to dictate terms for this nation. I am not against a Foreigner leading Indian community, if they are very genuine in their efforts, example, Mother Teresa, by birth is a foreigner. Annebesant, the lady who started the Freedom Rule movement is a foreigner. The "Mother" in Pondicherry, is a foreigner. The issue is not against foreign nationality, but against the conviction & commitment to this country.

I am not a pro BJP either [ somebody murmurs in the back of my ears, i m into VHP ...i love to be a part of PHP or ASP rather than BJP or VHP ]

Sometime back, VH. Raja of TN's BJP wing has listed, why Sonia cannt' be the PM candiate. Leave alone, the legislation issues.

1. Sonia got married in 1968, but filed for Indian citizenship only 1982, when Rajiv was in power, when a public interest litigation filed in the Delhi Highcourt, claiming, there is a foreign resident in the home of th PM of this country, which will lead to national security.

2. Normally, in times of War, no soldier has been given leave to go home, unless & otherwise if the individual is seriously ill. Rajiv & Sanjay gandhi, both are regd. Pilots of Indian Airforce. Sonia pressured are in-law, Indira Gandhi, to sanction leave for Rajiv gandhi, and flew to Italy till the war is over.

3. In the case of emergency in the late 70's, Sonia filed for Asylum in Italian embassy for emigration from this country along with his children, whereas, sanjay gandhi & menaka gandhi, were on the streets, protesting against Emergency.

4. Even after Rajiv's death, when India has seen countless PMs including, Chadrasekar, Gowda, Narasimha Rao, what was the active intention of Ms. Sonia in shaping the country for the future.

All said and done, Dont' we a single individual among 100 billion people to rule us. I repeat, I am not for Vajpayee or Advani or Ashok Singhal or Jayalalithaa. It's my view that we gotta be ruled by an Indian by heart and not by Indians by their passport.

LOTR Rocks

We have seen Lord of the Rings - Final Installment of the grandeur epic, the Return of the King, simply it

ROCKS

and we dont think of any near competitor for this movie atleast for next 4-5 years....this lead us to the question where is Matrix 2 & 3 featured. It dint' even won a nomiation in the oscars. That simplifies a simple truth in life

Do your work with heart, and dont expect money to come in, disturbing your flow, in the end, you win, hands-on

Why we are backing Chennai?

well. well. sub zero temperatures.. Here is the hot news... Saravanan aka saras formally resigned from Digital Illusion, a company which his heart only know better, for the betterment and heading to join the Sify team from tomorrow [Wednesday]

Hot news 2: Aravindan is here in Chennai for our common friend's marriage.

Hot News 3: As i bet, LOTR won 11 oscars equals the record of Ben-Hur and Titanic for 11 oscars.

Back to the heading, Why we raise our voice on chennai in this blog, when only 5 people are reading was the question ? Honestly, this blog has been read only by 5 but that 5 people exchanges their views with 50 people on their way. This is a platform to provide information, which are affecting both our personal & professional life. So the reason to back chennai is to prove it a point, that this city is not a dull place, and things are happening in this city, in spite of , ill-visionary rules in the state, purely coz of the merit of this city posses. I am not opening a debate of things for bang, mumbai and others...I am just trying to reinforce WE HERE IN CHENNAI, WILL BE THE FORCE TO RECKON WITH.

And YES, I certainly said, Mumbai is the happening place and wants to set up an office over there, but that doesnt' mean i m getting out of this city. This city is our city and there is more than functional attachment, there is an emotional attachment to this city, it is my second mother, to say so.

I wish your friend all the best that finally he escaped a raghu kalam along with him ;-) which unfortunately we dont. ;-(

People come and Go

Hi guys,

Well i still remember me shifting to mumbai few months back. I joined Mentorix(Lionbridge) and i met a person on my joining day. He joined mentorix with me the same day and fortunately we were together the whole day on the first day. It was very fortunate that we were allocated in the same project. Wait there are more fortunates to happen. The third fortunate thing is his residence was on the way to mine...so i normally drop him on the way. The fourth fortunate thing is his brother-in-law and my brother were batch mates and know each other very well. The fifth fortunate thing is we were placed in the next cabins and got modules to interact with each other. Believe everyday was so coincidence...Then we both got recognized well as. Then 1 fine day i submitted my resignation paper and so did he. This is the most coincidence ...we both quit mentorix almost on the same day. We began and end together. Today he is relocating himself to delhi permanently and we both miss each other. He was basically from delhi and one thing we were talking the entire time span together. that we both got to go back to our original places..he did it...i am yet to and don't see it for near future.

This is an rare experience of my life...

why debate on chennai?

Hello members:

Why there is a sudden debate on chennai? Is there anyone in this blog told anything wrong about chennai?. This is unnecesary to pull people into debate which is unhealthy for everything....I know the same narain eyeing for years to setup a office in mumbai, is these words bcoz it didn't happen. I would back chennai as my favorite city with any city in the world wherever i may be located. Thats my birth place, a mecca for my followers...ahahahah...

By the By narain we are the only members posting here. Then why the hell we need a blogger..we can exchange mails rather. Don't tell me that others will read it...when someone doesn't share their part here why the hell we should share our time with them.

We need to do something on either active participation of the members or quit the blog. This is not a newspaper to use and wipe...

I agree that today i was a bit loud and sound but thats my day.

By the by guys glasgow is pretty cold with sub zero temperatures and snowfalls...i am planning to head back to india by 8th of march.

lets c where i go
